Cultivate Summit 2026
The annual Cultivate Summit is a clan gathering of sorts for venture-building true believers. We gather people who believe that redemptive venture-building can bring human flourishing to stakeholders, neighbors, and whole cities. Our theme this year is “You are here.” We all believe and long for the day that our city is characteristic of the flourishing of heaven – but we all start where we are. So we gather at this Summit not with a roadmap to be somewhere else, but with a commitment to be right where we are. Our goal is that you’ll leave with a heart full of encouragement. We gather to affirm each other in the courageous work of redemptive entrepreneurship. And we gather to cheer each other on as we each just take the next gracious step on our journey. We celebrate where you are, we see your work, and we receive your voice.

1 // Whole City
We believe in unity through diversity (Ephesians 4). We sacrifice so that our work benefits our entire city in the breadth of its geography, culture, diversity, and creativity (Isaiah 64). We value small and large, neighborhood and nations. If it doesn’t work for everyone it works for no one. We believe in a city characterized by justice (the right use of power) and peace (rest at the soul level). Our process is based on the teachings of Jesus and, particularly, his vision for a future where “all things are made new.” We are seeking entrepreneurs that want to align with that vision for the good of the city.
2 // Whole Person
We believe in the preciousness of people, made in God’s image. Our devotion to Jesus is whole-hearted so we strive to see others as he sees them. We are driven by personal transformation and welcome heart-level vulnerability. We seek ROR (return on relationship) just as much as ROI. We build trust. We create space for entrepreneurs to become rooted in their identity as precious and to lead out of their healing hearts.
3 // Whole Potential
We believe in the God-given ability for creativity, innovation, and imagination. We promote bold vision for the ventures we build in their ability to solve problems that hinder flourishing. We believe in work – in its beauty, its excellence, and its elegance. We are encouragers, champions, promoters and connectors – resourcing a portfolio of ventures that will one day characterize the way business is done in our city.
