Business Model, Theory of Change

Our business model centers on a B2B platform that generates revenue through
Champion Vertical Funders who pay $175K annually to sponsor entire impact areas
(education, housing, etc.) within a city, plus additional subscriptions from outside
funders ($5K annually) and individual nonprofits ($2,500 per program). We operate in a
massive market opportunity—with $471B in annual U.S. charitable giving and growing
demand for verified impact measurement.

Biggest Organizational Needs

Our primary growth lever is geographic expansion through a city-by-city rollout strategy,
where each new metropolitan area represents $500K-$2.5M in annual revenue potential,
anchored by securing 3-5 major local funders per market.

Redemptive Opportunity

The only reason why we do this is because we are aligned in that we want to
see where we can better serve people and where resources need to be channeled for
the flourishing of all communities. For both of us this is driven by our faith and love of
Jesus. What would it look like to see the business community also involved in this? This
is where we fit into each other’s vision.
