Job Description

Northstar Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our brand, digital marketing, and customer acquisition efforts. This position will work closely with executive leadership to develop marketing strategies that support continued growth across both existing and emerging markets.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a willingness to remain involved in execution. You will oversee marketing campaigns, digital channels, content strategy, agency relationships, and the continued development of the Northstar brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital advertising, email, social media, and content initiatives.
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams on new market initiatives.
  • Manage outside agencies, contractors, and marketing vendors.
  • Establish measurable marketing goals and report results to leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

7+ years of professional marketing experience.

3+ years in a marketing leadership role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.

Experience managing budgets and outside vendors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
