Care It Human Technology

YEAR FOUNDED – 2021

Mission Statement

Similar to corporate incentive programs, The CAREit platform gives hourly employees the opportunity to receive bonuses as a reward for all their hard work, increasing employee retention.

Business Model

Our business model is a monthly app usage fee for unlimited users + 10% service fee when an employee vests. We will then offer a tool to automate, with machine learning, incentives based on survey results.

Biggest Organizational Needs

CAREit needs to close a round of funding as well as warm introductions to business owners that have hourly employees.

Redemptive Opportunity

We can restore employee / employer trust. CAREit provides the benefits employees want and employers have ‘skin in the game’ to create a true partnership.

Capital Plan

CAREit is looking to raise 1.3 million dollars to fund the next 12 months of growth. With national brands on the line to onboard and demo, the funds will be used to boost sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding.
