He loves the community and is passionate about helping people discover their purpose and make a difference in the world. He is an innovator and thought leader in education and entrepreneurship. His pride and joy is his wonderful family, wife DeVinne (over 16 years) and 3 beautiful world little changers Dionne, Desiree, and DeWayne Jr.

We understand that homes are a place of pride that create lasting memories for generations to come. So we limit the number of homes we do each year so we can give each one the attention that it deserves.
When we rebuild under-resourced communities, we do it in a very strategic way, by focusing on what we believe is the greatest challenge, and that is helping these communities keep their leaders and helping them attract new ones. We do this by building holistic diverse communities that widens the path of opportunity and success.
