From content  creation all the way to skateboarding our intention is to build a community that shifts culture through numerous creative outlets. With over 15 years experience in product development, design and retail it is also our vision to also coach brands to scale and make community and cultural impact.

Vernon is a entrepreneur and creative leader with a passion for creative culture. With a backdrop as a graphic designer, inspirational speaker, and hip hop producer, Vernon birthed his company, Group Fly Clothing in 2008 with $10,000 in a tiny 200 sq ft home office. Today the brand has shipped all around the world and has partnered with notable brands such as Kevin Durant and national retailer, Zumiez.

Currently Vernon is also the ceo/founder of Group Fly Creative, a design agency that serves both large and small organizations through design and product development. The design agency has partnered creatively with Dodger Baseball, Langston University, and The Oklahoma City Thunder.

Vernon also is a co-founder of the non-profit Urban Bridge alongside James Jackson and Marcus Jackson an organization that empowers undeserved communities by creating pathways of Hope.

Family Man:

Married to Amy Deas for 25 years. Three beautiful children Nessa 15 years, Nia 12 years and Champion 8 years.

Hobbies:

Design, skateboarding, and smoking BBQ meats.
