Job Description

Red River Technologies is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing product team. You will help design, build, and maintain web-based applications used by businesses across the United States.

This role is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys solving real-world business problems, working across the application stack, and contributing to technical decisions as products evolve.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern web applications and APIs.
Collaborate with product and design teams to turn requirements into reliable software.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
Participate in architecture and technical planning.
Help improve development standards, testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
Experience developing REST APIs and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
Understanding of cloud-hosted applications and deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, or similar technologies is a plus.
