Natanya is consistently in awe of the creativity God instills in founders to build Redemptive ventures. She views business as a platform for faith and strives to help founders “systematize the predictable” so they can “humanize the exceptional” (a la Four Seasons Hotel). She thrives in problem solving, optimizing processes, and orchestrating experiences behind the curtain and is dedicated to building excellent operational foundations.

Natanya is a SWOSU alum, Executive Director of Church Ladies OK, and passionate about pursuing joy in all things. She has a mini craft store growing in her closet and loves any adventure with her husband, Brady and daughter, Noa.
