Business Model, Theory of Change

NaTruWell is a mission-led mental health and wellness collective building an integrative model of care for individuals, families, organizations, and communities. We believe to live well is to live whole and seek to address the fragmentation that occurs when mental health, relationships, wellness, and community support are treated separately. NaTruWell currently generates revenue through therapy, clinical supervision, and speaking engagements. Our growing model extends beyond traditional counseling to include training, wellness programs, community healing spaces, retreats, professional development, and culturally affirming educational resources. We serve youth, adults, caregivers, families, and organizations through trauma-informed approaches designed to help people move from surviving to thriving. Our unique value is integrating clinical expertise, cultural awareness, education, and whole-person wellness to support both individual healing and healthier systems. Growth is currently funded through earned revenue and founder investment, with plans to expand through group practice services, training, consulting, contracted services, educational resources, grants, partnerships, and other mission-aligned capital.

Biggest Organizational Needs

NaTruWell’s greatest organizational needs are operational capacity and access to growth capital as we transition from a founder-led practice into a sustainable group practice and integrative mental health and wellness social enterprise. We have a clear mission, established clinical expertise, and a growing vision for services beyond traditional counseling. The next stage requires stronger systems for financial management, operations, impact measurement, revenue diversification, and strategic growth. As a clinician-founder, my strengths are rooted in helping people move toward healing and hope, developing solutions, and advancing the mission and vision of NaTruWell. I am committed to strengthening my business leadership while building a team with complementary operational and business expertise. Access to mission-aligned capital will also be important to responsibly scale. Investment would help NaTruWell build operational capacity, add talent, strengthen infrastructure, and develop new services and sustainable revenue streams. I am seeking both the strategic guidance and financial resources. The goal is not simply to make NaTruWell larger, but to build it well: financially sustainable, operationally strong, measurable in its impact, and positioned to expand its Redemptive mission without compromising the quality, integrity, and heart of the work.

Redemptive Opportunity

NaTruWell’s Redemptive opportunity is to help restore what life experiences, trauma, adversity, and broken systems can fragment. We believe people are created by God with inherent worth and that to live well is to live whole. Our work creates pathways for individuals, families, and communities to move from surviving to thriving through mental health care, education, connection, and whole-person wellness. Our Redemptive approach is rooted in love, service, restoration, and the belief that our gifts and resources should be used for the good of others. We seek to advance God’s Kingdom by honoring the dignity of every person, creating spaces where healing and hope are possible, and strengthening the families and communities in which people live. As NaTruWell grows, we aim to steward revenue, expertise, partnerships, and opportunities in ways that expand access and create collective well-being, not simply organizational success. We are committed to ethical clinical practice, integrity, cultural humility, responsible stewardship, and serving people without judgment. Ultimately, NaTruWell seeks to demonstrate the Redemptive way by building a sustainable venture where our growth creates greater opportunities for others to heal, become whole, and thrive.
