Pink's specializes in commercial & residential window cleaning, and also provides services like pressure washing, soft/house washing, solar panel cleaning, skylight cleaning, gutter cleaning, light fixture cleaning, high dusting, screen cleaning, etc. Pink's exists to flip the script on home services industry & bring dignity back to blue collar work. We approach our work with a hospitality mindset- Pink's is about providing a pleasant, customer-focused experience that completely subverts all expectations of what a blue-collar service company can be. At a base level, we provide services that homeowners, businesses, & property managers need- we make dirty things clean! More than that, we turn what is normally an annoying chore for these people into a surprisingly pleasant experience. From the time they book an estimate to the closeout of a job when we leave a handwritten Thank You note along with some fun Pink's merch, their experience is totally different from what our competitors provide. Two of the core tenets of Pink's are not novel ideas, but they are novel in practice: we show up on time & do what we say we're going to do. Our target market includes upper & upper-middle class homeowners, commercial buildings, property management companies, realtors, large venues, hotels, restaurant groups, retail centers, etc. While we make our prices as fair as possible, we tend to be on the higher end compared to many of our competitors, because we have professional, well-maintained equipment, trustworthy employees, and we take the time necessary to do the job right. Our target market values high-level hospitality & professionalism, and we embody that standard consistently.
