Sensational Substitutes

We operate as a care staffing service, connecting churches, companies, and
child care programs with qualified, vetted individuals who can provide high-quality,
on-demand or scheduled child care services. We generate revenue through service fees
paid by organizations and child care centers that need flexible staffing solutions. Our
model also creates meaningful income opportunities for moms, students, retirees, and
others who love working with children and are seeking supplemental or flexible
employment. In addition, we offer contracted services for organizations that need ongoing
or large-scale child care staffing support.

1. Technology Integration: Expanding our mobile app and platform for background
checks, scheduling, and payments will improve efficiency and scalability.
2. Strategic Partnerships: Partnering with more child care centers, faith-based
organizations, nonprofits, and workforce programs to provide reliable care solutions and
job pathways.
3. Brand Trust & Community Roots: Building brand equity through word-of-mouth in
local communities, particularly among women of color, faith-based networks, and rural
families.
4. Training & Certification: Creating a caregiver training and certification pathway that
enhances quality and creates a pipeline of highly sought-after care providers.
5. Government & Corporate Contracts: Securing contracts with state agencies, school
districts, and employers to offer care as a benefit or public good.

Through my organization, I am creating dignified, flexible income
pathways for moms, students, retirees, and others who feel called to work with
children—many of whom are overlooked by traditional employment systems. At the same
time, I’m responding to a critical care shortage by connecting churches, companies, and
child care programs with trained, vetted substitutes who provide safe, loving, and
ministry-minded support for children.
This work is rooted in my calling to serve families and elevate the child care profession
while building systems that reflect God’s heart for justice, stewardship, and community. By
working through local faith-based partnerships, we are equipping everyday people to step
into purpose-driven work that supports families and strengthens neighborhoods. I see this
venture not just as a business, but as a redemptive solution that uplifts people, creates
sustainability, and brings healing and provision into spaces where both caregivers and
children are often left behind.
