We don’t just deliver a product; we empower clients to become data literate, ensuring long-term value.

Our team supports this redemptive mission by approaching each project with a heart for service, prioritizing the unique needs of each organization, and ensuring that all work is done with integrity and excellence. This commitment to ethical and moral conduct ensures that our solutions are not only effective but also align with the values of the organizations we serve.

Additionally, our venture embodies a spirit of generosity and stewardship by offering educational resources and ongoing support, empowering clients to sustain their own success. By prioritizing the ethical use of data and focusing on the greater good of the communities we serve, our venture exemplifies the principles of stewardship and responsible innovation, contributing positively to the mission and vision of each organization we partner with.

Redemptive Opportunity

The redemptive opportunity of our venture lies in addressing the challenge of data illiteracy within churches and ministries. Many organizations struggle to make sense of their data, leading to missed opportunities for growth and impact. By providing expert consulting, custom dashboards, and tailored training, our venture empowers these organizations to harness their data for meaningful, strategic decision-making.

This solution offers a significant impact by enabling churches to better understand their communities, optimize resources, and enhance outreach efforts. Through clear and actionable data insights, ministries can more effectively serve their congregations and advance their missions, ultimately contributing to the broader advancement of God's kingdom on earth.

amber smart

Hi, I’m Amber Smart, the founder of SmartMetrix, where we help churches and non-profits unlock the full potential of their data. If you’re ready to get more out of your data but don’t know where to start, that’s where we come in.

As a Tableau Certified Professional, I’ve had the privilege of creating over 4,000 dashboards throughout my career. I’ve been honored as a Tableau Ambassador and led data strategy for one of the largest mission-driven organizations in the U.S. At SmartMetrix, we partner with ministries of all sizes—from those serving a few hundred to those reaching millions—helping them transform complex data into actionable insights that propel their missions forward.

I’m passionate about making data accessible and meaningful, and I love working with leaders who share a deep commitment to their organizations. Outside of data, I have a soft spot for baked goods and spend as much time as possible with my three grandbabies. And yes, I once lip-synced ""The Thong Song"" in front of 500 people—a memory that still makes me smile (and cringe).

My mission is to simplify the complex, making sure that data becomes a tool for growth and impact for every organization we serve.

Business Model

SmartMetrix solves the challenge churches and non-profits face in making sense of their data. Many organizations have vast amounts of data but struggle to visualize it effectively for decision-making. As a consultant, I transform raw data into meaningful, interactive dashboards that drive actionable insights.

Our services are designed to meet client needs by providing custom dashboard development, expert consulting, tailored training, and ongoing support. We don’t just deliver a product; we empower clients to become data literate, ensuring long-term value.

Our unique value proposition lies in our deep expertise in Tableau and our understanding of specific sectors like churches or ministries. We offer more than just data visualization — we provide strategic insights aligned with each church’s mission. Additionally, our commitment to personalized service, including bespoke training and continuous support, sets us apart.

We differentiate from competitors through our niche specialization, focusing on sectors with unique needs. Our tailored solutions, educational resources, and long-term support make us a comprehensive partner in data strategy, not just a service provider.

Our capital plan involves initial investments in tools, marketing, and professional development, with revenue generated from consulting services, training, and subscription-based support. Growth funding could come from self-funding, loans, or venture capital if needed, with a focus on reinvesting profits to expand and enhance our offerings.
