Business Model, Theory of Change

At Stevie Social, we operate a boutique, high-touch social media agency model that is
deeply rooted in intention and quality. We’re not in the business of mass-churning
content, we’re in the business of building lasting, profitable brand presence for our
clients. Our services focus on full-service organic social media management, strategic
content creation (including professional video), and brand-aligned storytelling.
Our business model is built around maintaining a limited client roster between 50 to 70
companies so that every brand we work with gets individualized attention and
high-caliber service. This intentional capacity cap allows us to honor our commitment
to partnership over transaction: we’re not just vendors; we operate as an embedded
strategic arm of their team.

Biggest Organizational Needs

Strategic Partnerships: Building alliances with PR agencies, paid ad firms, and creative
branding studios (where we stay in our lane of organic social) has been a huge driver of
new business and will continue to be.
Client Retention and Expansion: Because of our boutique model, growing existing client
accounts — by layering in personal brand management, adding new platforms, or
increasing video deliverables — is a key growth driver.
Reputation and Referrals: Our best growth has come through word of mouth. Honor and
excellence in service breed organic referrals, and we plan to fuel this through intentional
relationship-building.
Selective Visibility: Speaking engagements, podcasting, and strategic partnerships are
how we’re expanding brand awareness without diluting the quality of who we attract. We
don’t want everyone — we want the right ones.

Redemptive Opportunity

At my core, I believe in building things that last — things that honor people, create
opportunity, and leave a mark that matters. Through Stevie Social, our mission is to help
businesses in Oklahoma City not just market themselves, but build brands rooted in
authenticity, integrity, and long-term impact. We work with companies that are deeply
tied to their communities, helping them tell their real stories with intention, excellence,
and clarity.
But underneath all of that, my deeper calling is even more personal: I want the
relationships built through this work to be a way people encounter the love of Jesus.
Whether it’s through the way we serve, the conversations we have, or the partnerships
we steward, I believe business can be a powerful mission field and that excellence,
candor, and true care can open doors that words alone sometimes can’t. I want the way
we operate to reflect who He is: full of truth, honor, partnership, and restoration.
