Lance Humphreys

Lance Humphreys is a managing partner of 410 Investments  & 640 Legacy Partners, both focused on commercial real estate and private equity. He is a managing partner of The Legacy Group, a Flourish OKC partner which helped found Cultivate. He previously founded Anthology, a national luxury property management and hospitality firm. He also founded Bloom, a social entrepreneurship venture. Lance began his career with Jack’s Merchandising and Distribution, an international distribution firm focused on the drug and grocery industry. Following the sale of that firm he studied at Denver Seminary and spent eight years as the senior leader of Bridgeway Church in Oklahoma City before returning to the marketplace in 2009. Lance and his wife Stacy are both OKC natives and graduated from the University of Oklahoma. He has served on the board of Seaberg Industries of Moline, Illinois, CrossFirst Bank,  and Young Life Oklahoma City. He currently serves on the board of Martin Bionics and Kize. Lance and Stacy have two married adult children and three grandkids. They are a family that loves inviting people into their home and lives.
