Allison Watkins-CEO and Founder: Allison Watkins founded Watkins-Conti Products in 2015 after experiencing stress urinary incontinence (SUI) following the birth of her children. Frustrated by limited options like bulking injections, surgery, pessaries, pads, and adult diapers, and after months-long physical therapy that didn’t work —she wanted to something more convenient and comfortable. When she learned that SUI affects about 2 in 3 women worldwide, she set out to design it.
A sought-after speaker, Allison challenges social taboos around stress urinary incontinence, women’s health, and the connection of both to mental wellbeing. She is a single mother of two, a devoted Christian, and passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs and underserved populations.
